Filebot movie format movie folder full#
I am about 2.5 TB from full on the QNap server. Here’s a couple pics of my content so far. FileBot and file2folder work well together, if you are dealing with a relatively smaller collection FileBot, especially, is a lot more accurate than TheRenamer in identifying movie files. This where I had to do some “Fixing” as I had some settings not exactly right in MCEBuddy/Tablo Ripper and had to do quite a few hours of fixing. MCEBuddy output the finished MP4’s and seperated SRT files right into my PLEX QNap server. Kinda fun to see so much power put to good use. Click on load in the interface to load a folder of TV show or movie files into the application. The file renamer is especially easy to use. The interface changes depending on what you select here. FileBot displays the tools it offers on the left in a small sidebar.
Filebot movie format movie folder install#
Pegged my 5 Ghz Bulldozer a good bit of the time when 5 or more comskips would run at a time. Just install and start the application after you have downloaded it. I see some scripts, I've seen people using filebot, etc etc. OK, I'm fine with that, but I need to get from where I'm currently at (2-3 directories, each with a pile of files) into a movie/movie name/movie.ext format. Had a good number of titles already built-up and waiting in the monitor folder, so for almost a day it was plowing through at from 5 to 8 titles at a time. But, most of those systems require each move to be in it's own individual folder. I was running in 8 concurrent conversion mode after I found out about it. In background mode it was pulling the TS segments, concatenating them with ffmepg, sending them to MCEBuddy’s monitor folder where MCEBuddy took over. I am using MCEBuddy and Comskip fully automated. I think I will refresh my memory on Tablo Exporter and have a look-see. I have over 2000 movies with no Year in the folder name and every bit of metadata was fetched. Some issues, but nothing significant enough to stop me. The file name has the year in it that isnt changing. The drive I just converted was done using Tablo Ripper which worked pretty well. If all of that works, then I will be converting about another 1.4 TB or so that was in that backup. I hope Tablo will see everything and match it up with it’s built-in database. I pre-formated with Tablo, so I’m just copying the whole backup to the new HD. I am in the process of moving a backup of my 1st Tablo HD to a 2TB HD right now.
